Has been publicly speaking to promote Aussie Helpers at many functions, institutions
and events. The
response of his heart wrenching story and the unique ordinary bloke presentation has bought an audience of 1000 people to tears, followed by some laughter. but more importantly resulting in genuine empathy for the struggles of the people in the bush.
Brian prefers to be out there visiting farmers and lending an ear, doing what Aussie Helper is about, but he also knows how important it is for urban dwellers to understand the hardships of fellow Australian's.
The publicity has, and continues to raise much needed awareness and funds, but it has also resulted in an increased number of families seeking the assistance of Aussie Helpers.
As all the money donated to Aussie Helpers is used to purchase fodder, food and toiletries,
Brian is available to speak, but all travel and accommodation costs need to be paid for by the event organiser.
To reduce costs, Aussie Helpers can send other representative who live closer to the venue, or alternatively can supply a DVD of Australian Story and the audio of Murray Hardin's "Rain from Nowhere".
